hi I am new to this group.. Downloaded the app about a month ago.. Just now really getting into it.. I had the gastric sleeve in November 2014 and I am down 67 lbs.. Had a couple of bad weeks but getting better!

    They went in and took out most of my stomach.. Made it like a banana.. I can only 4-6 oz at a time..
