I've been on an off of here for a while but I've hit a point in my life where I realize things won't change without working hard.

I'm a nursing student who works 2 different jobs to get by. I eat like crap and binge more often than I'd like to admit. I need to lose about 150 pounds and it's going to be a long road but I'm hoping that community support and sharing my experience with others will help keep me accountable and hopeful.

    I feel you girl ! I was on before the holidays and had lost 6 pounds then got off and gained it all back so Im really wanting to stick with it and lose a fair bit before summer

    Hey, I've been on here for quite a while too with weight going up and down (mostly up!). Took my Dad dying in January to finally make me clean up my lifestyle. I basically just cut out all the crap, from my food intake and my attitude to it. Reduced processed foods (can't get away from the Dairy Lea Dunkers though lol), less salt, less fat, more dog walking and I have lost 15lbs so far which I'm amazed about. Sometimes it's a pain in the *kitten* when I just can't be bothered to plan menus but it's been worth it. Just bought a spiralizer which is fab.
