I lost when i first started, the stopped and now am bak on track and raring to go i was so healthy and went bak to exercise and av still not lost

    Do you log your food consistently and honestly?

    Do you use a food scale for all food you consume?

    As above are you weighing your food?
    Are you eating back calories, if so how much %?
    Height as well.

    What are your stats? Height, weight, goal, activity level, etc.

    5ft 6 i weigh 16.3 i never sit down even college im standing and i do body pump twice a week and bootcamp
    Once a week, i want to get down to 13 i set my goal at 2lb a week and its giving me 1500 cals a day, is this to many?

    Weigh your food in grams with digital scales, not cups or measuring spoons.

    Put in your activity as sedentary and log workouts on top of that to make sure you are accurately assessing your calorie needs.

    Aim for 1 lb per week loss - this is more sustainable.

    Thanks iv changed my activity level thats braughy my calories down hopefully that will help, and ill read the announcement just now
