    My dvr is my best friend while I do my cardio! I like: Shameless, Black Sails, Outlander, Orphan Black, The Americans, Criminal Minds, Grimm, Suits, Law and Order SVU, Big Bang Theory, Two Broke Girls, Cold Case, Turn: Washington's Spys, and Bates Motel. I use my stair stepper while I watch my shows :)
