I love to run and lift, but need to focus on my eating Any help or support I can find would be great

Some tips: make sure you're extra diligent with weighing your food on a food scale--you have less "wiggle room." Lifting weights can be great for preserving muscle mass while you lose weight so you don't end up "skinny fat" (weight that you wanted, but not physical image you want.) You can try doing a new workout, not because the ones you do are ineffective, but it can be nice to just shake things up and break the routine.
And be patient You don't have much to lose, so it'll take a little bit longer, because your weight loss progress will naturally slow the less weight you have to lose.
