    I was here a while back and took a long hiatus too (added back everything I lost). Restarted the journey 1/1 and down 20. Have 50 more to go before I get to where I want but would be happy to provide some motivation and support. Friend request sent.

    Hey thanks. Me too lost a bunch on here and gained it all back. Seems to always be the way. Hoping for some better success this time. Way to go on loosing 20lbs
