Haha, nope! I'm totally new to the whole "healthy eating" thing- I have a good metabolism which is why I'm as low of a weight as I am now:p that's why I'm on this- to eat healthier:)

Been at a plateau for a while and still have 25lbs to go. Hired a trainer and she has me doing cardio to warm up, weights or strength training, and then cardio to cool down. There Is an awesome free app that helps me on days I don't have someone telling me what to do or how to do it called JEFIT, highly recommend checking it out.

As for diet, myfitness pal is great but calories aren't the only thing to watch. Look at your recommended fat intake and try to not go over that amount. You could be under in calories and over in fat content and not Lose any weight because of it. If you are looking for healthy recipes find a book that lists the nutritional content for the meal you are making. Cooking Light does this, and their recipes are really tasty.

Thank you for your lengthy reply! I appreciate your wisdom, and wish you luck on the last few pounds:) I will most defiantly check out the app. I never really have thought past calories, so I'll be careful to watch the fat intake, etc... Thanks again for the advice!
Ps. I do believe a friend of mine has a Cooking Light book- I'll have to steal it from her hehe;)
