I'm 35 and although I've never been small I would like to be smaller at this point in life. My long term boyfriend and I joined a gym together and we have been going three days a week, it's a small step but I'd like to drop 80/100 lbs. I could use all the added support possible, I need to be as healthy as possible to carrying a child full term and with my age time is running out.

Hello!
Nutrition nutrition nutrition! I'm 36 and I've always been a fatboy. 6 months ago, my wife and I decided to start eating healthy. I've lost 30 pounds just by eliminating junk/processed food, soda and eating high protein, low fat foods. I've started a cutting program in the last week and I am liking the results so far. It's never too late to start being healthy!
Best luck to you.

Hi and welcome! I am 33 and also getting my body ready for future healthy pregnancy. MFP is a good place to get straightforward accountability and support. I started by walking around the block in early February, then joined the gym, and then changed my diet thanks to MFP, charting all I eat, even ketchup. Today I am 10lb. lighter so far. It is working! So good luck and be patient and consistent and all your wishes will come true! :-)0
