  They slapped me with that diagnosis 60 pounds ago, Im shaking these meds and that diagnosis ASAP. Ill support ya and would love support too.

  I'm Brian 31 and learned I'm pre-diabetic, doctor says I need to eat better any tips or a place to find better recipes would really help. Thanks in advance.
