Hi, I'm 22 years old and normally have a fairly easy time losing weight but lately I have been struggling. I'll be motivated until about the end of the day and then I want to eat my whole fridge... A couple summers ago I lost a lot of weight and slowly gained it back... Trying to find the motivation I used to have

Try Drink water with sliced lemons n cucumbers towards the end of the day it been working for me and the ppl I go to the gym with0

Also if your really dedicated like I know you will be start doing cardio in the morning it helps to knock off any stubborn fat that won't come off0
