The Subway here just started to offer spinach. I love it! My favorite sandwich is either the turkey breast or the chicken one. I love the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, and green pepper on it. So yummy.0

My favorite is the Orchard Chicken salad. ITS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!0

The Subways around here offer avocado. I kinda of assumed they all did.
I'm simple. I like turkey on wheat with lettuce and tomato.0 -
The Subway here in New Zealand has avocado as an option.. too bad it tastes like chemicals. Yuck!0

Oh SPROUTS! I adore sprouts. My favorite sandwich is the Spicy Italian (pepperoni and salami). Not healthy, I know.0
-
I get the veggie delight on wheat. Loaded with veggies!0
-
Oh and my fave sandwich, or at least the one I always used to order because I assumed it was low in sugar, was a 6-inch Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on wheat bread, with lettuce, tomato, onions, jalapenos, olives, gherkins and carrots, with a Honey Mustard Dressing and no cheese.0

I just had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad with spinach instead of lettuce. YUM!0
-
I get the veggie sub on flat bread loaded with all the veggies except spinach!0

Un-healthy option....Spicy Italian with spinach, provolone, black olives, onions, tomatoes olive oil and vinegar. Oh how I've missed this!!
Healthy options....veggie with everything above on toasted wheat or turkey with mustard and everything else above but oil & vinegar.
I do wish they had sprouts as well! That is why I love Jimmy John's
Oooh has anyone had their pizzas? They are actually pretty good. Haven't had one in forever! Used to get them in the dorms in college all the time!0 -

I like this one too- but I'm not real clear how to log it. The info on the site, does it just apply to the meat choice? Do you then add in the bun choice and rest of the fixins' individually?
Sorry, don't mean to snag this thread- have looked in the forums to see if this has been asked before ( to no avail)0 -
i love the chicken cordon bleu...or the subway melt...we have sprouts here i am but havent seen avocado...0

If you go there, you can add what ever toppings/bread/condiments you want and it shows you the exact nutrition info at the bottom. You can do this for any sub/salad.

My favorite is buffalo chicken, jalapeno and hot relish with spinach!0

I like the Sweet Onion Chicken Teryaki on whole wheat, LOTS of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, little red onion and the sweet onion sauce.
NO CHEESE!!!!
One of the ones I've gone to told me the spinanch was only for salad. Going to ask again if I can put it on the sandwich......
I don't like the flat bread..going to have the bread scrapped out some the next time I get one.0 -
Mmm you're making me want one! I love the sweet onion chicken teriyaki on toasted wheat, with lettuce, cucumber, GHERKINS (yum) and black olives, with the sweet onion sauce. We aren't as exotic in the UK, no spinach or avocodo in the subways over here! I have no idea what the orchard chicken salad is but it's making me think of apples lol.0
-
I get the Asian Checken Salad with black olives, green pepper, onion, lots of lettuce, cucumber and no dressing. I have low fat in the fridge at work. No croutons and just s sprinkle of cheese. It's the best.0

That's silly. I get spinach on subs all the time!0 -
I used to manage a subway, and we offer fresh avocado. We cut the avocados on the spot. We also offer spinach, always have.
I tend to stay away from Subway, because it is full of sodium. Not to mention, we were constantly picking out chicken strips that still had bone in it, and blood vessels [or whatever they were - they were nasty] but sometimes we were busy so those didn't get sorted out.
The meats smell DISGUSTING when we open the bags....very chemical. The ham and cold cut trio are the worst.
But, I still do go to Subway! I just try to do it once every few months. I love the melt, or the club. And for the breakfast sandwiches I get a sunrise melt with egg whites with the tiniest amount of chipotle I can get, along with bell peppers, onions, spinach, jalapenos, pepperchinis.0 -
Love Subway!! I was just thinking the other day that I wish they offered spouts!
My usual is turkey on wheat with swiss most all veggies just no jalepenos or banana peppers and extra bell peppers, no mayo but a little bit of oil, unless I add avocado then I don't do oil. But I do also love their Orchard Chicken Salad too, but I try not to have it too often because I try to stay away from mayo0 -
I just googled the orchard chicken salad and it looks amazing! I doubt we'll ever get that here in the UK, I might re-create that at home though, looks seriously yummy.
It's quite annoying that we have less options and flavours in England for all the big brands and companies, If I ever go to the US I think I would spend a whole day in the supermarkets just looking at all the different foods! (and stocking up on Lucky Charms). I've just been googling to see all the different flavours that we'll probably never get; Clusterfluff Ben & Jerry's, gimme! Having said that I tried a twinkie from a milkshake place that sells american candy and I really don't see what the fuss is all about, maybe mine was stale
Lol maybe it's a good thing for my waistline we have limited choices anyway!0 -
I love avocados0

Scroll to the bottom and hit the + next to nutrition facts. If you hit +your build, you can add whatever you want to the sandwich and it will tell you the nutritional values as well.0 -
