Looking for some Encouragement

Hey just looking for a little support to keep me going. Especially with getting to the gym. I work a couple 12 hour shifts a week and so after those I am just so tired I don't want to think about working out or my food. But I figure maybe if I have some encouragement on here and I could do the same for some one else that this would work.

So any one out there wanna help me and I can help you too?

    I'm with you if you need it. I get soo tired and exhausted too with working, going to school and taking care of six kids I don't know how I do it sometimes.

    Just keep thinking of the end result, I do and it helps me, now I need to motivate myself right now to get up and work out for at least 30 minutes even though I've been cleaning, cooking and shopping all day. Tired. But. gotta. keep. going.

    I totally understand! I work 12 hour shifts as well and i miss my workouts a lot....find something you really love will make it easier to get teh workouts in :) good luck!!!

    Thank you both. I just hope I can get on a program and a routine and stick with it.

    You can do it. Just stick with it for the first couple of weeks and eventually it'll become a habit. I used to hate running, but after a few weeks as it became part of my regular routine, I found that I couldn't do without it. Once you start getting used to the gym and making it part of your routine, and most important -- if that's what you enjoy -- them even if you have those 12 hours shifts getting in that workout is something you'll look forward to.
