Hi I'm Terry, I live with my partner in Eastbourne UK. We are both trying to lose weight and get fitter,. Im looking to make some good friends on here and also help and receive support to help me through this process. I love my food and drink and t would be good for anyone to give me advice or help me though it all. The same will be given in return.

    I think it's brill that you have home support, you'll help each other and motivate each other sooooo much. Your meal times are gonna be so much more straight forward unlike my house ☺️. Most of us do this weight loss thing solo.
    Im a daily poster and updater (conversations can be about stuff outside health, diet, fitness, yesterday it was about the eclipse, walking dead and eating out) so if you want to jump in, do!
