I drink a lot of herbal tea...I have a ten month old who doesn't sleep through the night and it's tough! The first seven months I ate a lot of calorie dense foods, but I've managed to control my appetite these past few months by drinking teas and more water...0

I agree with tea.... I have four kids ages 7, 5, 4 and 7 months. Only the 7 year old regularly sleeps through the night...the 5 and 4 year olds are up at least 1x each to go to the bathroom (and for some reason they insist on passing the bathroom to come into our room, wake me up and tell me they are going potty, lol!) and the 7 month old is still up every 2 hours.
I find that when I am craving something..the act of making a cup of tea (filling the electric kettle with with, turning it on, getting a cup, etc....) takes my mind away from the junk. If I really want sweet, I use splenda.
I always also add a good dose of fiber powder to my tea too....you can't tell its there and it helps to keep me full for a while.
I probably drink 6-10 large mugs of tea a day.0
