Hi looking for MFP friends

Hi today is day 1 of no more binge eating, something I thought I had left behind me at the age of 16, a bad habit that reared it's ugly head the beginning of 2014. It isn't something I'm proud of and over the last 4 months I've tried to hide eating my main meals with my family with turning to veganism. However, missing sitting at the dinner table with my family has made it easier for me to binge on foods in secret! Not good I know and something I've not shared with anyone at all until now!
I'm hoping to lose the stone I've out on over the last year and rekindle my love of fitness. Over the last 4 months I have stopped my usual exercise regime of 5 days a week of HIIT coupled with weight training and running to 2-3 times a week of power lifting with once a week of turbo training on a road bike.
If love to meet fellow MFP people and make friendships
