When you have a cold does it affect your weight or weight loss?

    I would say NO. unless you are on medication that may affect your appetite or water retention.

    when you're sick a lot of times you're not up to eating much so occasionally people lose weight while sick.

    Not for sure. I would make sure you continue to eat right drink plenty of water and get your rest. Doing this will keep your body from getting run down.:wink:

    When I am feeling so ill that it makes me lose my appetite I tend to lose a lot, then I go back to eating properly and gain at least half back.

    when I am sick I don't have an appetite....depending on what you have.

    2 years ago I lost 7 pounds over spring break because I was really sick and after getting better I didn't hav much of an appetite afterwards....
