Hey guys and girls, I have returned to using mfp after 2 years with out it. I'll give you a brief story of why,
In 2012 I was having troubles with my body and the doctors told me I had to see a specialist to see what was wrong with me. Turns out I was overweight for my age and I am on tablets for epilepsy and the paticular tablets (epilim) are known to cause weight gain which made me go to 15 stone (UK size 18).
I was told to see a dietician and in the first month or so I lost a stone. I kept track of my food on here and did zumba every Monday and did lots of walking. By 2013 I lost 3 stone!!
Going from a size 18 (uk) to a size 14 (uk)
I am now in 2015 still a 14 (& can fit into UK 12s in some shops) however I feel that not having mfp made me lose control of my eating habits, so here I am back again to control what I consume and hopefully lose a little more weight!
so if any of you want to add me to come along on along journey together (it helps a lot I did have some people last time!) feel free to add me!

Starting over yet again is hard; I'm in the same position now. Welcome back, let's do this together!0

Yep, I'm starting over again too, but this is so doable! You've done it before, now lets do it again!0

I've just re-started too! I would say good luck, but luck isn't what you need. You CAN do it!0

Never really thought there were tablets which cause weight gain, you've done well to compensate for that.0

For those of you starting back.. welcome back to MFP0

Hi I'm restarting on Monday I've never really given mfp a chance but I'm determined this time good luck0

I'm restarting today. I had a lot of success with MFP in the past. I think I lost 30lbs. Hoping to go beyond that this time. We can all be successful, just take it a day at a time, one meal at a time. Try not to make any exceptions, but don't beat yourself up if you do, and stay the course.0

You can do this!0
