New to this - Lesley Sansone

i refused to.pay for gym membership again - I do not enjoy it at all, have joined so many then beat myself up for not attending. When browsing through YouTube I have seen Lesley Sansone's programmes - would probably do the mile one; and Kettlebells beginners (i have a 10 lbs kettlebell here). Tried to enter kettlebells under cardio to see calories expended but to no avail. Please let me know what you think.

Ps. Do not tell me too go and walk outside, I am in England - it is so cold and wet here.

    Hi... i have been walking with Leslie Sansone for a while..i have the firm toning cd and 5 mile challenge... i love it i follow it 3x a week and walk the rest of the week....

    I love leslie! I do the 4 mile one and love it!
    When I enter cardio with weights into MfP I put it in manually form calories burned if thats what your asking?

    I love Leslie Sansone and have been walking with her for a year now. I put my walks under low impact aerobics. As far as the kettlebell...I have a 15lb and honestly I do not log it because I have not found a proper way to do so. I only do 35 swings and some lifts every other day.

    If you are doing continuous kettlebell exercises for (eg) 20 mins you could enter it under circuit training in the cardio section. 10lb kettlebell is quite light- I use an 8kg and go up to a 12kg depending on the exercises. Get a good raincoat and walk outside- I live in Ireland which is even wetter than England and I walk outside most days. I do love Leslie Sansone when I am in house with kids in the evenings and can't escape.
