Breakfast Quiche - only 850 for the whole thing

Light hashbrown quiche
2 1/2 c - ore Ida Frozen hashbrown (thawed)- 140 calories
3T - light land o lakes butter (melted) - 150 calories
3/4c - egg beaters - 100 calories
1c - 1% milk - 130 calories
1slice - Kraft havarti cheese (torn apart)- 80 calories
1oz - shredded mozzarella - 80 calories
3 oz - thin sliced ham (lunch meat) chopped - 90 calories
2 T - bacon crumbles - 50 calories
1 - Roma tomato (sliced for the top)- 22 calories
Add garlic salt and pepper for taste
Press thawed hasbrowns in the bottom and sides of a 9in pan. Spray with Pam and drizzle melted butter all around. Bake for 30 min at 450.
Mix rest of ingredients (except the mozzarella). When crust is done change temp to 350. Add egg mixture to pan layer tomatoes on top and cook another 30 - 45 mins ( make sure top is firm). Add mozzarella cheese to top after done
The whole quiche is 850 calories! Kids loved it
