Greetings, all. My goal is to lose 23 pounds to the first benchmark and exercise along the way. Then it will be time to re-evaluate. The only time I have had success losing weight was delivering babies or going into a massive depression. I would rather not do that again. My will is weak so I hope this community can be of support, and I to you.

    There are ways to increase willpower, if that's something you want. Lots of articles about it online and a great book by Kelly Mcgonigal called The Willpower Instinct. Good luck getting in shape!
