I've been at it for 8 weeks now. 11 pounds off, 6 to go. Need it off by May 1st so I can start cycle training at the right weight (assuming this bloody snow eventually melts!). Pretty much hitting the percentages and the deficit, but lots of exercise definitely helps.0
