Tired of feeling "Thick"

I don't consider myself "fat" and not by a weight chart overweight but I am bigger than I would like to be. I have a "happy weight" of 120-125 that I would like to achieve. Currently weighing in at 137. My weight has been like a yoyo for years. I am here to get useful tips for dieting and fitness and motivation. I really do not like to work out but I am starting a gym tomorrow. I really do need support buddies to keep me focused! If you are interested in being a buddy, please send me an add request! :~)
