    Welcome!! This is a great community to get involved in!! There is a lot of support here!! I have been on MFP for seven weeks and have lost 15 pounds. My goal is to lose 50 so I have 35 left yay!! Hope you find what you are looking for on this journey!! Best of luck to you!!

    Hi I've been here for 2 weeks now and I need to loose 55 lbs. So far have lost 4 lbs. Not easy but getting there.
    Congrats to you on loosing 15 lbs!!!!! Keep up the good work!!
