Let's face it... We'd struggle to lift one yet you managed to carry it round with you. You are amazing! Well done on your loss so far!

2 automobile tires and a human brain (43 pounds). Wow! It is amazing when you put it into perspective like that. I think a lot of people don't realize how much weight they truly lost until they compare it to something. It's amazing how much weight I was carrying around before.

A world with four less chihuahuas is a much better world.

A two month old horse, or, respectively, a full grown micro miniature pony.

I spent the morning yesterday tossing a dozen 50-lb bags of concrete onto my trailer.

    Those things are *heavy*.

I used to carry one of those around my gut (I lost 54 pounds)

    Dayum!

According to your chart I had an air conditioner strapped to my belt.

Two pounds shy of a newborn giraffe. :) It blows my mind that I carried around all that weight and yet I'm not physically capable of lifting it right now!

It's no wonder we get aches, pains, swollen ankles etc when we are heaving extra pounds around is there?

A mid-sized microwave, or four pounds shy of my 4.5 year old. I carried him around Disney World last month and I can't believe I used to carry that extra amount around all day, every day! Ultimate goal is to lose a two month old horse.
