I'm on my last week of Insanity and I love the challenge. Very high impact. There's also a program by the same workout instructor called hip hop abs (the instructor used to be Mariah Carey's backup dancer).0

It depends on your injury. It is very high intensity, so you don't want to hurt your injury further. Hip hop abs is actually MUCH cheaper than Insanity too. So while you're healing, I'd go for the abs.0 -

I use a lot of youtube videos for work outs. Right now I'm doing a 30 days of yoga on there and then I'm going to do a 90 day yoga routine. The first one is called Yoga with Adriene https://youtube.com/channel/UCFKE7WVJfvaHW5q283SxchA and the second one is called Fightmaster Yoga https://youtube.com/user/lesleyfightmaster I recommend this, as I have a couple of old injuries that are a real problem, sprang my ankle twice and then broke it a couple of years ago. I also have calcium deposits in my rotator cuff, that causes a bit of pain, and I've found the 30 day challenge with Adriene to really work for those injuries.0

Why does the last post have jail bars over it?0

I just started a program called FeFit. It's a 90 progam. It's only 30 minutes a day 5 days a week and it covers cardio and toning. The workouts go quick but they are tough.0

Someone marked it for abuse. So now it's locked. There's been a few I could still tell what they said, and I wouldn't understand what was wrong with the post.0 -
Honestly, YouTube is the best place to go to. It has tons of amazing work out videos and you don't have to spend any money to access them. And when you get bored of one workout, you can switch it up without having to spend more money. I use it all the time.0

my husband does ddp yoga. it has a variety of workouts and we found out about it from his dad. here's a video from youtube about a guy who was disabled who used it to get fit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qX9FSZJu448 my husband has been doing it since around august and has lost over 30 pounds without changing his diet much. he actually has lost more fat and been building muscle. he definitely has a major body change.0

Not really....I have 2 left feet. But these 2 websites are great for video clips & reviews. They just sell workout videos. You should be able to get some good ideas from these:

Because I've been jailed until the 28th, though you may not be able to see this as if you're on a cell phone it covers the whole post, but on PC it only covers the avatar.0
