Ok I know I'm going to get lectures and stick for this but after using (health calc) has anyone used it for weight loss estimation? I'm planning to lose 2 stone in 8 weeks or so by doing 20 mins wii zumba, 30 day shred and an hour half walk everyday as well as eating 650 calories a day.

Please please please make sure you are not being malnourished. Go to iifym.com/iifym-calculator to find out your TDEE and how many calories you need to eat each day to lose weight. Eating 650 calories a day is not enough, especially with that much exercise. You do not want to be malnourished, so make sure that you are eating enough!!!0
