hi there, I've been using mfp for almost two months now and I love the app.
I'm working hard on changing my lifestyle and losing weight.
I have been a couch potato all of my life. I'm fortunate because I don't have food issues - just lazy issues :/
I got a gym membership in January and after a week or so of excuses I finally started going.
It was weird at first- I had never been in a gym or near any exercise equipment in my life. Ever. Now, in March I spend six days a week in the gym and my day of rest still includes a good walk. I'm looking for friends to share successes and help motivate me through challenges.
