hi, please help! I'm starting to notice I'm eating more at night then I do during the day. I work late so I know that doesn't help me. I'm not much of a breakfast person and at times I have to force myself a small snack. Ok help me.....I need motivation to quit eating at night! Lol

Meal timing has no impact on weight loss.

are you going over your calories? then don't worry about it. eat when you're hungry, don't force it when you're not.

I used to only eat 1 meal a day...and it was literally right before bed...and for me. It's eggs I have gained so much weight . Since August of last year I started working 3pm to 11pm. By the time I pick you my daughter and get hone it's midnight. So I'd make my dinner (usually a pretty big meal around 900-1300 calories )

Since I started dieting last week. I said goodbye to eating before bed. And if I do it's a small snack to keep me from starving as I fall asleep....this week I lost 7 pounds just from eating small stuff thru the day

I wouldn't say that a snack before bed is bad, but I don't suggest eating a meal before bed....your body can't work it off like it could if you were up moving and burning these calories.

I apologize in advance for tageting your post specifically, but this all all wrong information so OP please don't feel like you have to follow it.

Eat what and when it makes you happy and stay within your calorie goal, thats all it takes.
