Just saying hi been doing my fitness plan for 65 days lost 24 pound

    Congratulations! I just joined this month, so far so good, lost 3.5 lbs since beginning of July when I started exercising too. What tips can you give to someone just starting out? Again, congrats, that is fantastic!

    Hi lost 4 stone last time I did this lost my way for a bit as I got knee injury put 2 stone back on feeling sorry for myself well nothing they can do for my knee but they said if I loose weight it will help with pain how stupid do I feel putting weight back on could do with some friends to help get me through this and of course I will help you too. One thing I do struggle with is keeping within my sugar always think it unfair you have to count sugar in fruit

    I lost 2 stone a while back but i gained a stone back on so im restarting my diet :)

    I'm sure we will get back on track yesterday was a hard day every now and then I have need to nibble but found no fruit in house so shopping today get my melons in I chop them up ready in fridge find it stops me looking at biscuits and it's refreshing
