    Hiya :) I need to lose 60lbs and hoping to be close by oct for my wedding don't know weather I'm being unrealistic :( but gonna give it a good go lol feel free to add me cos I don't know how to add people on here, would be fab to have some friends so we can help each other out keep us motivated too good luck all

    Hi! I started working out seriously January, but started my goal of entering a competition beginning of March. What is your goal? It is fun and motivating to know others have similar thoughts about working out and how to use this site to help. More friends the better!

    I've always been fitness focused and now my workout of choice is Pilates mega former with intermittent heavy cardio days. Lately I've fallen off the healthy eating so I really want to focus on what I eat and build habits there again. 40 is what I think I want to lose but I probably will find myself happy with losing less. I'm 6 feet and currently weigh 195 with a pretty athletic build.
