One week of the diet and exercise almost completed. Looking to losing 20 pounds by July. Very hopeful that I can do it in a healthy way!

Try and keep on top of it if you have a target but dont stress about it. It will be obvious if your current strategy makes it feasible. There are good reasons to do it healthily.
Make sure your logging is tight, you weigh your food and are consistent.0 -
