Found this web site and find it fun and easy to use. Started reading the many posts and found them to be inspiring and motivational. Also noticed that many of the posts contain the poster's ticker and wasn't sure how to add mine in the signature section. I tried to do it so hopefully it worked. Looking forward to losing weight.
