I had my darling baby girl 6 months ago. So far I have lost 71 pounds. I still have quite the journey left, but I'd like to share my current success. I am very proud of myself. However, I am starting to see my weight loss plateau and I am looking for some more ideas on how to continue my progress. With a very difficult work schedule and a newborn I am only abl eto squeeze in 45 minute workouts 6 days a week. I run 30 minutes and do ab work/arms for 15 minutes. I would like to maintain my running, but the any other home exercise ideas are very welcome.
Thank you!!
Thank you!!

I have an 18 month old and know how hard it can be to squeeze in workouts. I found a website fitnessblender.com that has great videos. They have a wide range of length of video and types of workouts (strength, HIIT, yoga). I've found the HIIT workouts particularly helpful. They build more strength than just running (which helps boost metabolism) and they still yield a really high calorie burn. I hope this helps!0

YouTube has many workouts videos. There are leslie sansone walk workouts that burn like crazy. Jillian micheals, chris powell, or tiffany rothe workouts or dance workouts! Endless! Varying up your exercise every couple weeks helps. And others say lift heavy, I have not personally done that but I do slim in 6 and it has a interval circuit which works well. Congrats on such loss! I have a 11 mo baby boy and he likes to help during my situps or pushups;)0

I also recommend fitness blender videos. They have an incredible variety to choose from and are perfect for people with limited time who can't make it to a gym or those who are housebound for whatever reason.0

I'm doing a program called Fe Fit. It's a program made by moms for mons looking to get back into shape but who don't have a lot of time. Each workout is 30 minutes or less and you do it 5 times a week. It covers cardio and strength training all together.0
