Iv put on alot of weight over the last year and a half, I cant put it down to any one thing, but its all added up very quickly. I now need to lose 45lbs :( I have started and stopped so many diets, just because I get stuck at a certain weight for so long (months in some cases) that I lose heart and jump off the wagon. The thing is it really dont want to become any bigger, im determined to try again im just worried that the same thing that happened all the other times will happen again. Today is day one

  • Hi, you can do it, don't dwell on the past or even yesterday, today is a new day and a new start. Follow along with entering what you eat and fill out the goals on this site, it will be with you showing you what you need to do. I love it!

    Thanks, Im going to throw myself into this completely iv made a food plan for the week ahead and an exercise plan now i just got to do it! I hope it works this time!
