Just wondering. I noticed my fish oil is 20 calories. I haven't even looked at the others. I haven't been logging that. :frown: It should be free! :grumble:

I used to log it.
But I feel like as long as I leave a little left over at the end of the day, it doesn't matter.
Personal preference, I guess.0 -
vitamins no, but i record when i used flaxseed powder or spirulina0

I don't log mine. It is all personal preference.0

I don't. My vitamins are 7 calories each, and I reason that I didn't get to be overweight by eating too many vitamins LOL
BUT in the beginning, for folks new at this, it is a great idea to log every little thing, to get used to the habit and to bring your attention to your food intake. It helps change your mindset and you learn a LOT about hidden surprise calorie bombs! For example, I love black olives on my sandwich at Subway. WHO KNEW they are so high? I certainly didn't, before I started logging.
Now, I don't log anything that is <20 calories. So things like the lettuce on my sandwich, the baby carrot (or three) I sneak when my hubby has some, little bits like that, I just don't log.0 -
I started logging mine, not so much for the calorie count, but for when I look at my nutrition reports. I was shocked to see how low my iron was before adding a supplement. It looks much better now. That's why I log it.0

I log mine for the same reason, for nutritional purposes. Although I wish that MFP would allow me to keep track of more vitamins and nutrients other than just the usual 4!0 -
I try and log everything I eat - no matter how many calories it is. I find all the little bits add up.0

I started logging mine [made a separate little category for "Supplements" in my diary] because I want to make sure I'm getting enough vitamins and minerals, plus there are calories in there and I'm at the point where I was fed up with my lack of loss [mostly due to my diet] that I am now tracking EVERYTHING.
Plus I can go back and be, "Yeah, I took my vitamins today!" because I tend to forget heeh0 -

Hmmm that makes a lot of sense actually :-)0 -
some--the fish oil i don't but the wheatgrass i do because it's higher and part of my fiber intake.0

I log my multivitamin so I can feel better about meeting certain nutritional requirements. That goddamn potassium is tough for me to hit.0

I log my Vitamins. Just so I can see myself hitting the micronutrients and other vitamin levels. Also, technically my Calcium supplement is 20 calories, so if I take one every day for a week that is 140 calories in a week. I just want to make sure that I'm accountable.0

I have been thinking of trying to find a way to do that too for purposes of knowing whether or not I took it. I am going to steal your idea.0
