Hello
I'm no youngster, so it's hard to get a move on but its getting to the point where I have to! I've never been one to enjoy exercise, so this is hard work for me. People tell me I will get to the point where I will love working out. Thankfully, I have a great trainer. I have to put one foot in front of the other, breathe..and believe:)

I just started using the app yesterday, and by putting everything down - including cardio, which is self propelling my wheelchair, I am definitely more aware. I am 41.don't beat yourself up on the days you slip!0
