Protein packed lunch

I'm looking for lunches ideally meat free and easy to eat on the go, that are high in protein, I use a lot of quinoa and chickpeas already. Tofu recipes are also welcomed

I like either a romaine or spinach salad with sliced grilled chicken and hard-boiled egg whites. You could add other sources of protein to it, like low fat shredded cheese and some black beans.0

My usual lunch is a warbutons thin with 2tsps of pesto, 60g of low-fat mozzerella, sliced tomato and baby leaf. I also take in sticks of cucumber and pepper I take this in to work and it travels well if you can keep the tupperware fairly flat which I manage to do, even with walking a mile to work0
