I have been doing a fitness video (bikini body mommy) everyday but I'm not sure I'm recording it correctly as I'm not certain on how many calories I actually burn. Anyone have idea how to figure out how many calories or how to track it? So far I've been using circuit training-i was thinking like curves workouts???

I've also been doing the BBM workouts daily and it's frustrating because even if Iog in the individual exercises, it shows 0 calories burned, as they are mostly under "strength training"
Even the High Intensity training has no proper option... I'm considering buying a heart rate moniter to give a better idea of calories burned, but I still don't think there's a better way to enter it in the diary!
I hope someone else out there can give us some insight.
Keep it up, though, Bailey! I really love those workouts!0 -
Is it steady state cardio? If yes, then a heart rate monitor (with a chest strap ) will help.
MFP uses general categories because calorie burns are guesstimates. Calorie burns depend upon height, weight, age, gender, exertion level, hormones, and more.
No way can MFP know how hard the workout was for you.0
