Getting Started (again)

Here we go! I got really into my health and fitness last summer but let me tell you after the holidays I got wayyyy off track! Im down 40 lbs, but now I need to get tight and toned for summer. Here goes my second attempt. This one is not just for a couple of months, but for my entire lifetime. Thanks for all of the tips and motivation.

    Ha, I did the same thing. Exercising in the cold is awful. Glad it's getting warm again!
