    Hey shawnna and welcome. Once you determine your calorie deficit needed to lose weight, develop a meal plan and find a workout program that you would enjoy and will inspire you to stick to it. Bodybuilding.com has some great workout programs that comes with meal plans. Overall, find what works you. Good luck!
