It's been almost 2 years since I've consistently lifted weights. I was seeing great results. I still have a lot of strength. Can I get back to where I was in less time than what it originally took me?

I started weightlifting after 4 years and it looks as if the muscle is gaining back quite faster when I first started-not sure if that helps!0
