Hey crew! I've done quite a few different things, I'm trying to loose about 15 lbs plus tone up. Right now I'm attempting a citrus diet.... Not seeing too much citrus in it though but I'm eating healthy. And trying to exercise as much as possible. My problem is that I don't have a lot of energy. I'm hoping the community on this app will be able to help give me guidance and keep me motivated. I hope I can help motivate others as well ☺

I got the idea from the grapefruit diet where you're supposed to eat 1/2 grapefruit 30 min before each meal. But I just eat 1 a day along with other citrus fruits throughout the day. And I'm also eating a tun of other fruits and vegetables along with a regular nonfat but healthy dinner.

Are you eating proteins, dairy and other carbs like bread, pasta,rice etc?0

I recommend B 12 and licorice root for energy, I swear by them! Hope this helps0

Well, it's good that you're eating fruit, as long as you're balancing it with proper amounts of everything else too, especially protein and veg. I don't think citrus fruits have any special effects, it's just lower calorie food, vitamins and good things that are good for you anyway.0

I'm switching up what I eat everyday, so I am eating dairy and grains witch a lot of vegetables and at least 1 serving of protein a day. I've tried b12 injections 3x a week but didn't workI hate liquorice but if there is a huge benefit, perhaps I can train myself to get used to it. Just joined a gym so I'm going to try to start going. And I have my good diary public to my friends so if you want to check it out you can try to add me, I haven't figured out how to do that yet.
