Amazing Job! Please share details...
well. I'm 24. and I started off at 270lbs. I got really depressed one day for no reason, and it scared the crap out of me, because I've never been depressed before. I had to think, why am I unhappy? I decided to change both my personal and professional life. But when I went to my boss to tell him, he surprised me and said he was leaving and the fast food place I work at would be mine to manage. So I was kinda stuck there. So I changed my personal life.
I started off waking up at 4am to go running, because it was dark and I was very much ashamed of the way I felt about myself. After 2 days of this I realized I needed help and joined the the gym a few miles from my home.
I decided to get a personal trainer to help me and she was amazing. She helped me every step of the way. I owe her everything.
So after all is said and done I am looking forward to running a 5k this weekend. I want to beat my old time of 32:58.
And because of all this I am actually saving up to take an afaa personal training course and try to help others who are in the same situation I was in.
Thanks for all the support!
