Just started the HMR Diet last Friday. Looking for motivation. First goal is 50 lbs. Gotta start slow right. Feel free to friend me :)

  • Hi Jen, I started HMR on 3/3/2014 and I love it. I am 50 and it is my first ever diet class. I started as decision free and then went to fruits/veggies after about 3 months. All the other diets I was on lasted a max of 6 months. My highest weight loss was 55 pounds and currently I am down 39. Definitely a struggle but I learned so much about healthy eating. I really enjoy the classes and the people. No I have not given my 50 pound pin back and I am determined to get my 50 off again and to go even further. I can guarantee that 11 months into a diet I had never said that before. Good luck and stay with it.
