New to this. Want to get rid of my belly and tone up. I'm finding this app really useful so far. Anyone got any tips? :)

    Hey Allie and welcome. Once you determine your calorie deficit needed to lose weight, develop a meal plan and find a workout program that you would enjoy and will inspire you to stick to it. Bodybuilding.com has some great workout programs that comes with meal plans. Overall, find what works you. Good luck!

    Run, ab workouts, clean eating, be consistent dont give up! Drink water add lemon and cucumber that helps when in feeling bloated. Dont give up, eat clean (im repeating cause this has been helping me tremendously. Good luck
