I just started reading the book last night, so haven't had a chance to incorporate it into my running yet. Have you tried it?

I took a class on Chi running a few years ago and tried to incorporate the teachings into my running. From what I recall, Chi really focuses on proper mechanics and an efficient stride. If you can make it work, it can make running easier on your body.0
