Hi everyone,

I am brand new to MFP. So far so good. The MFP app is new to me too so if I do this incorrectly or don't respond, it's probably because I am lost somewhere is cyber space!

I am a mother of 3 kids and I am still looking to lose baby weight. Ha ha! My youngest just turned 3yrs old.

I have gained and gained and gained. My weight is at it's highest ever and I need motivation to lose 50lbs.

Yesterday, was my first day of keeping track of food and actually doing exercise. Jillian Michaels is my motivation right now and when I am mad at her, I'll need some support from real people doing it themselves.

So if you want to chat or just discuss the weather ;) I'd love for you to add me. :)

Thanks!!

    Hi
Being on diet is some thing that requires patient and time and good plan.
After pregnancy if you maintain a good active life style with a miderate diet it is not difficult to lose weight and even build an muscular body.
    Good luck.
I am also new to MFP want to loose 30 Lbs in short time hope it will work .

    Hey!

My goal was also to lose about 50 lbs. I've been working at it consistently since January; logging and watching calories every day, and exercising 4 days per week. So far, I've lost 30 lbs. For me, making MFP and exercise a regular part of my routine ( without stressing myself out about it) has worked. I'm sure you'll do great! Feel free to add me if you want some support.

  • Hi! Thanks for responding. With three kids and a home run daycare, I have really forgotten to take care of myself. No boo-hooing! lol I am super proud of myself as I just finished the second round of my 30 day shred...my arms hurt but, I feel energized!
