Hey everyone. I've been a member of mf for a few years now and haven't really used it like I should have been. I was 2 lbs from my goal weight here a few months ago but I let myself get completely off track. I could give hundreds of excuses but they aren't the true reason. The number one excuse is I let myself get off track. I had an fb account but deleted that a little while ago because there is so much garbage on it. I need some friendly motivators and hope I can find some here :smiley: p.s I was really big into walking/hiking/jogging but since life puts a pause on things sometimes I've been unable to do it as much as I'd like. My diet 0_0 it consists of everything horrible ( mainly chocolate) I want to transform my habits!!!

  • Transforming habits is very difficult but with the right motivation its possible. I too have fallen off the tracks and I have a weakness to chocolate. I have a few workout plans if your ever interested in hearing them.
