I got the app and counted my calories. I never really changed the food that I was eating but I did cut out snacking between meals though and I only drink water now. I started to cycle and do HIIT workouts 6 days per week, now I am moving onto weights :)

Congratulations! It is a great feeling, isn't it?
I know when I crossed the 50 lb mark, it was awesome. :)
Now I am 10 lbs away from getting BACK there again.

Thanks mate. No real reason really, I just decided one morning when I woke up that I would lose weight

Love that. I have a similar goal to you I'm 6 foot with a goal of 180 and it's getting close. Been doing as much strength training as possible so when the fat is gone it's not a horrifically steep slope to building muscle!

    Well done again.
