Your diary is closed, so it's hard to provide any suggestions.0

Probably nothing. It's natural to lose less the closer to goal you are, because your body requires less calories.
However, if you open your diary, perhaps you'll get more ideas.0 -
Are you close to your goal weight? How long have you been at this? By slowed down, do you mean you have been losing consistently for a long time or you just started recently and lost a bunch initially and now slowed?0

Hi thanks for taking the time to answer me ... Iv been doing this for about 64 days Iv lost 10lb however in the last 3 weeks Iv stayed the same, had a birthday in feb so there are a couple of days where Iv gone over0

I don't know your stats and stuff but I would say as long as you are not gaining not to worry about. Give it more time. Three weeks is not that long. Hang in there. And congrats on the weight you already lost!0

There's a lot of generic entries and little evidence of use of a food scale in your diary, showing that you're more than likely eating more than you think. And with four pounds to lose according to your ticker, you have to be extremely precise because you have little room for error.

I also think if things have slowed down, you may have to take an honest look at how careful you are being. Are you weighing and tracking everything? do you track little samples or bites here and there? Are you over indulging and not tracking it? For me, I have to own it when things slow down and see what can I do differently. sometimes I have to clean up my diet again...try to focus on lean proteins and veggies and fruits with healthy fats. When the processed carbs start sneaking in too often, it will slow down losses for me.0

Hi thanks
Yes what you say makes sense... May be I need to look at some of the meals I'm eating epically breakfast... I work away from home so hotel food can be poor and high in calories0 -

10 pounds in 64 days is great however not seeing any change on the scale over the last three weeks is nothing to worry about as long as you are confident in your calorie burn and your logging. Look at the overall trend of the entire time you have been logging and not a small section of it.0 -

yeah, working away from home can make eating consistently harder. Sounds like you need to tighten up your logging as best you can. If you pretty much have to estimate, I would estimate, then add a few calories to be sure.

It's probably just water retention from the days you ate.
Water retention can stay inside your body for up to three weeks before it disappears.0 -
Try green tea it helped me a lot0

Ok will do thanks0
